decent stay but no elevator action
The staff are friendly and try their best. Location is super convenient, with everything nearby, and the beach is just a hop away.
Only one elevator, and it was out of service most of the time.

Steps from the beach and loads of fun nearby
This hotel is incredibly close to the beach, it's literally just a short 20 steps away, making it perfect for leisurely strolls along the shoreline, plus it's also within walking distance to some great spots like Los Pelicanos Restaurant & Bar, and the famous Papas & Beer for nightlife, which gives you plenty of options for dining and entertainment; the rooms were clean, and I appreciated the efficient room service, but the hotel could use a little more attention to cleanliness as we did notice some ants in the corners.

Everything was great at this secured hotel. Everyone from the staff was accommodating. We stayed in the double room with 2 beds and loved it. Nothing too much trouble, really, had an enjoyable stay for the price.
